It is the centre of all activities. Important functions of receiving the guests, making room reservations, handling correspondence and preparing bills and keeping accounts of the guest services are handled at the Front Office. The department is headed by Front Office Manager or Executive House-keeper who supervises and co-ordinates the work.

There are Assistant Managers, Lobby executives, Front Office Supervisors, Information Assistants, Receptionists, Bell Captain, Bell Boys, Doormen etc. to perform their assigned roles.

B.Sc. in Catering Science & Hotel Management (UG)

The B.Sc. in Hotel Management & Catering Technology prepares competent graduates for careers in the Hospitality, travel and tourism industries. It has been designed to give students a solid foundation in both disciplines in order to prepare them for leadership in these areas.

For students of Business Management / B-School: The Hotel would act as a vital aspect during ‘Placement Week’, where CHA would invite the Human Resource representatives for Internships & Placements of our students.
The Conference cum Banquet Hall of the Hotel would also be extremely vital because Guest lectures would be delivered here by Senior Management of various companies.

Jaipur – An Education & Tourist Hub

Jaipur also popularly known as pink city,is the capital of Rajasthan. It was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, the ruler of Amber.The city was planned according to Indian Vastu Shastra (vedic or Pouranic planning for the comfort and Prosperity of the citizens).

It has been claimed to be the first planned city in India. It was at that time one of the best planned cities in Asia.

The city is remarkable among pre-modern India cities for the width and regularity of its streets which are laid out into six sectors separated by broad streets which are laid out into six sector separated by broad streets 111 ft (34 m) wide.

The urban quarters further divided by networks of gridded streets. Five quarters wrap around the east ,south, and west sides of a central palace quarter,with a sixth quarter immediately to the east.

Nahargarh Fort crowns the hills in the northwest corner of the old city. Another noteworthy building is Sawai Jai Singh’s observatory, Jantar Mantar.It has been claimed to be the first planned city in India. It was at that time one of the best planned cities in Asia.
